2023 Contest
What a GREAT way to showcase your school!

Winning entries will have their poster displayed throughout Allentown and the Lehigh Valley and featured as part of the 2023 Parade Program Book. 1st place Winners will be featured on RCN Spotlight show. The 1st place winners and YOUR SCHOOL will walk in parade, and will be invited to the award ceremony at The Irish Community Day at Ag Hall on March 18th.

The contest is open to children grades 1st to 8th grade. Each entry is judged on originality, artistic merit and most importantly if poster depicts a St Patrick Parade. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mention prizes, will be awarded to Jr. Division 1st - 3rd grade and Sr. Division 4th-8th grade.

Rules:
- ALL POSTERS MUST READ: "2023 Allentown St. Patrick Parade" (make sure to check spelling and DO NOT add business or school names on buildings on your poster)

- Only one entry per person. Drawing should be on a 8 1/2 x 11 horizontal paper. Mediums; crayon, color pencils, markers, watercolor, oil, charcoal, pencil. Original artwork please. No 3D images or glitter.

- Submissions MUST include the following information on the back or will be disqualified. Full Name of STUDENT / Grade / School attending or home school. (winners will be required to give parents email and phone numbers to contact for events)

Mail artwork to Allentown St. Patrick's Day Parade, c/o Out of Our Minds Art Studio 65 Lea Street, Macungie, PA 18062 ON OR BEFORE; FEB 3rd, 2023 (Principals /Teachers please email for pick up if you are doing this as a school wide or classroom project)

2022 Winners
Congratulations to the 2022 Poster Contest winners! We thank all the children who submitted entries this year, and admit that it was very difficult for the judges to make the winning selections. We also thank the Art Teachers, Principals and Teachers who provided time and guidance for the children to participate. St. Patrick is proud of all of you!
